Returns
Do You Accept Returns?
We want you to love your purchase! Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for money back if they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Are any items final sale?
Yes. Sale items, holiday items, and accessories (such as bows or headbands) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, please email us with your order number and the item you would like to return. Once approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your item back.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, standard shipping usually takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship outside the US?
At this time, Porchlight & Prayer Co. ships within the United States only. We hope to expand shipping options in the future.
Do you offer free shipping?

We carefully choose our pieces from trusted vendors and suppliers to ensure quality, comfort, and style for your family.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Porchlight & Prayer Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. If you need help locating your tracking information, feel free to reach out and we’ll gladly assist you
